I was so frustrated with my old cutting blades that I got together with a custom metal machine shop and I had a few blades produced from 410 stainless steel - the same steel that would be used for making a kitchen knife.  These blades are heat treated as well. This blade will greatly improve your Bonanza apple peeler performance. Most are rusted and well worn out and not worth repairing. Please see the photos you will see the original blade and then the new blade. You will receive one brand new blade that changes off with a couple of screws. Get the use out of that old peeler finally!! It is a fantastic machine when it works properly...
