CORRECT INSTALLATION OF THE PYROGRAPH TIPS
Step1--Loose The Screw
Here the top screw needs to exit more than 4mm, and the screw needs to exit this distance and inserts into the pen point.
Step2--Insert the Tip
The feet of the tip shall be inserted into the copper binding post for more than 8mm,until the feet of the pen point touches the bottom of the copper column.
Step3--Tighten The Screws
Tighten the screw with the screwdriver and tighten the feet of the pen point! It must be tightly closed; otherwise, the pen point won't be heated or its heating is abnormal or even sparks.
Step4--Wiping the pen tip
Wiping debris off the tip after use with a damp sponge will ensure maximum effectiveness for the next use and will allow the tip to cool down quickly for storage.
