Excellent  Condition,
Teachers Kit Railway Transportation Association of American Railroads 1959
This is a teacher's kit for railroad transportation from the Association of American railroads Washington DC. This packet is complete with volumes one and two teacher's manuals.
The manuals contain suggested study outlines and source material and the stories behind the pictures.
Included in this packet is 40 8 x 10 black and white photographs and number 41 is an 8 x 10 print of all the railway trademarks and on the reverse is the name of the railroads.
With the exception of 5, All photos are still attached in Pad Form...
This tells me that this kit was never used,,,,
The Photos could also be individually framed..
These photographs were used for educational purposes and give young students insight as to how the mailbag gets on the train, inside the engineers compartment in the locomotive, traveling on a passenger train, cooking in the kitchen,  working in a railway post office car roundhouse and the turntable, and much much more.
